I make and pack your orders from my studio, which means your package gets a little personal attention before it heads your way.

How Long Does My Order Take to Ship?

Most orders are packed and shipped within 3–4 business days. During new collection launches, sales, or especially busy seasons, processing may take a little longer. I’ll always do my best to keep things moving and will let you know if there’s a significant delay.

Custom orders have their own timelines, which will be discussed when your project is booked.

How Long Will My Order Take to Arrive?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier, so the shipping estimate shown at checkout is the best guide for your particular order.

Please remember that the shipping timeline begins after your order has been processed, not when you place it.

Do You Ship Internationally?

International shipping is coming soon!

I’m working on getting international shipping set up so Spacecase treasures can make their way to more weirdos around the world. Once it’s available, this section will include information about eligible destinations, shipping rates, customs, duties, and estimated delivery times.

What If I Entered the Wrong Address?

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you catch a mistake, contact me as soon as possible at spacecase.cafe@gmail.com.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, I’ll do my best to update the address. Once an order has shipped, I may not be able to make changes.

What If My Package Is Lost or Damaged?

If your package arrives damaged, please contact me at spacecase.cafe@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage within 7 days so I can take a look.

If your tracking says a package was delivered but you can’t find it, check around your delivery area and with anyone else who may have received it first. If it’s still missing, send me a message and I’ll help you figure out what to do next.
