• Art by Humans, for Humans

Every piece starts as a sketch. I don't use AI because I believe creativity is a craft worth protecting, and every illustration deserves the human touch that gives it life.

  • Celebrate the Strange

Normal was never the goal. I create art for people who find beauty in haunted things, celestial skies, and the wonderfully unconventional. Who find joy in the unusual and refuse to make themselves smaller.

  • No Room for Bigotry

I will always fight for LGBTQIA+ rights, reproductive freedom, immigrant rights, and racial justice. Everyone deserves the freedom to exist safely, authentically, and with dignity.

  • Small Batches, Big Personality

I don't believe art should feel disposable. My collections are released in small batches so I can focus on quality, explore new ideas, and keep every launch feeling intentional.

A Lil Lore About Me

For a long time, I made art for everyone except myself. I studied design, built a career in a corporate apparel office, and spent years creating what professors, employers, and product lines expected from me.

Everything I created was for someone else's expectations.

It wasn't until much later that I realized I'd never really asked what I wanted to make.

After leaving a toxic job that had drained every ounce of creativity I had left, I picked up my sketchbook during October and drew something just for me.

That drawing is still one of my best-selling pieces today. I stopped worrying about fitting into someone else's box and started following my curiosity instead.

spacecase.cafe wasn't born from a grand business plan or a lightning-bolt moment. It grew from a simple decision: to make art that felt like me and live fully in my truth.

My hope is that when you find a piece of mine that speaks to you, it gives you strength to do the same.

All the love,

Stayce

  • 1. Collect

I collect a lot. Stories, textures, colors, images, objects, and anything that captures the feeling I'm chasing.
Sometimes one tiny detail sparks the whole idea; sometimes I collect enough inspiration to build an entire world.

  • 2. Illustrate

Once the vibe clicks, I sketch, refine the linework, obsess over the colors, and shade for approx. one million years before the finished illustration heads to print.

    • Fun fact: Each illustration takes
      15-25+
hours from concept to final product.
  • 3. Craft

For jewelry, I select materials, sketch, vectorize and nest the artwork, fire the laser beams, then hand-assemble and package each piece before it heads to you.

    • Fun Fact: Everything in my shop starts as a sketch.
  • Guillotine Earrings

The pair that truly found its audience. Equal parts bold, cheeky, and just a little unsettling.

  • The PSL that Started it All

What started as an October drawing challenge prompt became one of my most-loved illustrations. It wasn't created for a client. It was simply something I wanted to exist.

    Find It Here
  • Cathedral Arch Earrings (Vaulted)

Inspired by gothic architecture and the void between the stars, these became a reminder that spooky can be elegant, too.

  • L’Empire de la Mort Earrings (Vaulted)

Inspired by the Paris Catacombs, these earrings were a love letter to history. The idea that remembering our mortality makes life, art, and beauty all the more meaningful.

Some of my most commonly asked questions

FAQ

Do you create all of the artwork yourself?

Absolutely! Every design begins as an original illustration in my sketchbook, even my earrings! From the first sketch to the final product, everything is created (probably sworn at), assembled, and packed by hand in my studio.

Why is it spooky?

I've always found beauty in the eerie, the whimsical, and the wonderfully strange. My art blends spooky with playful because I believe the things that make us curious, laugh, or do a double take are often the most magical.

Are your earrings heavy?

Not at all! Acrylic is a lightweight material and comfortable enough for all-day wear, so you can make a statement without weighing down your ears.

Will sold-out designs come back?

Many of my collections are released in small batches, and some designs are vaulted or even retired for good. I love making room for new ideas, so if something steals your heart, don't wait too long.

What's with the guillotines?

They're a symbol of challenging power, questioning the status quo, and refusing to stay quiet. I made them unapologetically oversized because I wanted them to be impossible to ignore. They spark conversations, bring like-minded people together, and remind us that art can be playful, rebellious, and say something long before you do.

How long does it take to get my order?

Orders are packed and shipped within 3 to 4 business days. Once your order is on its way, you’ll get tracking by email. Delivery time depends on your location and carrier, so the shipping estimate at checkout is your best guide.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Oh no! Things occasionally happen in transit. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email spacecase.cafe@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. If something went wrong on my end, I’ll make it right!
