Payments are processed through the payment methods available at checkout. Shopify and the applicable payment providers handle payment information according to their own terms and policies.

Buying a physical product does not transfer copyright or other intellectual property rights in the artwork to you.

8. Custom Artwork

If you purchase custom artwork, any specific terms that apply to that project will be communicated separately.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, purchasing custom artwork does not transfer copyright or other intellectual property rights to the customer.

spacecase.cafe LLC retains the right to use completed custom artwork for portfolio, promotional, or other business purposes unless we agree otherwise in writing.
