Returns
All Sales Are Final
Due to the natural of jewelry and the size of our business all sales are final.
We do not accept returns at this time.Â
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me within 14 days of getting you package at spacecase.cafe@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. These are case-by-case basis but I'll definitely do my best to work towards a solution. ✨
Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders typically are sent out in 3-5 business days especially during the week of a shop launch/update.
I generally have 3 planned package drop offs during the weekend. The earlier you order the sooner it will ship. 😃
If there isn't a high volume of orders, they will be sent out in 2-3 business days. Since I pack and ship out orders entirely myself, please be patient as I fulfill the orders!✨
