All Sales Are Final

Due to the natural of jewelry and the size of my business all sales are final.
I do not accept returns at this time.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me within 7 days of getting you package at spacecase.cafe@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. These are case-by-case basis but I'll definitely do my best to work towards a solution. ✨

Shipping

When will my order ship?

Orders typically are sent out in 3-5 business days especially during the week of a shop launch/update. I usually drop things off on Mondays or Fridays.

Pre-Orders have estimated ship dates in their listings. 😁
